By using the services provided by OakWorks Jurupa Valley Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or related services from our company.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of towing and roadside assistance services including emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance such as jump-starts, tire changes, lockout services, and fuel delivery. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and vehicle type.

3. Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Pricing is based on factors including distance, vehicle type, time of day, and service complexity. We will provide you with a price estimate before beginning work whenever possible. Additional charges may apply if the situation differs significantly from the initial description or if extra services are required.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle condition, and any special circumstances. You must remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. You must have legal ownership or authorization to request towing services for the vehicle in question. If you cancel a service request after our truck has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Liability and Insurance

OakWorks Jurupa Valley Towing carries full insurance coverage as required by California law. We take every precaution to handle your vehicle safely. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by conditions beyond our control, or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the actual cash value of the vehicle or the cost to repair damage directly caused by our negligence, whichever is less.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 service, response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, driver availability, and call volume. We will make every reasonable effort to reach you as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific arrival times. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations that pose safety risks to our staff or if the customer is abusive or intoxicated.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to fair treatment and will work with you to find a reasonable solution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with California state law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
