Accident Recovery & Winching
We safely recover vehicles from difficult positions after accidents and off-road incidents.

What Accident Recovery Really Means
Accident recovery is more than just towing a damaged car. It means safely extracting vehicles from dangerous or difficult positions. Maybe your car went into a ditch. Maybe it rolled onto its side. Maybe it crashed into a barrier and needs to be pulled free. These situations require special equipment and training that regular tow trucks do not have.
Winching is the tool we use for these recoveries. A winch is a powerful cable system that can pull thousands of pounds. We attach the cable to your vehicle and slowly pull it back to solid ground or into a position where we can load it onto our truck. This process takes skill because pulling from the wrong angle can cause more damage or create safety hazards.
Our team handles accident recovery throughout Jurupa Valley and surrounding areas. We work with police departments and insurance companies every day. When you need professional emergency towing services, we respond quickly with the right equipment to handle whatever situation you are facing.
Difficult Recovery Situations We Handle Every Day
Some recoveries are straightforward. Your car is sitting on the side of the road after a fender bender. We load it up and take it to the repair shop. Other situations are more complex and require specialized recovery techniques. These are the calls where having experienced operators makes all the difference.
Off-road recoveries happen more than you might think. A car slides down an embankment during bad weather. A truck gets stuck in soft sand or mud. Someone takes a wrong turn and ends up on a steep hillside. These vehicles cannot just be driven out. They need to be winched back to the roadway first, then loaded onto our truck.
Recovery Situations We Specialize In:
- •Vehicles in ditches or ravines that rolled or slid off the road
- •Cars stuck in mud, sand, or soft ground after going off-road
- •Vehicles on their side or upside down that need careful uprighting
- •Cars wedged against barriers, poles, or other obstacles
- •Multi-vehicle accident scenes where damaged cars need careful extraction
- •Vehicles stuck on steep inclines or hillsides where standard towing will not work
Each situation gets evaluated before we start the recovery. We look at the vehicle position, ground conditions, and potential hazards. Then we develop a plan that keeps everyone safe while protecting your vehicle from additional damage. Our heavy-duty towing equipment can handle even the toughest recovery jobs.
How Our Accident Recovery Process Works
Safety comes first in every recovery. Before we do anything, we assess the scene. Are there leaking fluids? Is the vehicle stable or could it shift? Are there power lines nearby? Is traffic a danger? We take time to identify risks before starting the recovery process.
Next, we position our truck and set up the winch. The angle of the pull matters. Pulling straight might flip the vehicle. Pulling from the side might cause it to slide into something worse. We calculate the right angle based on the vehicle position and what we are pulling it toward. This is where experience really counts.
We attach the winch cable to a strong point on your vehicle - usually the frame or tow hooks. We never attach to bumpers or body panels that can rip off. Once everything is secure, we start the winch slowly. We watch how the vehicle moves and adjust as needed. Sometimes we need to stop and reposition. Sometimes we need a second attachment point for better control.
Once your vehicle is back on solid ground and stable, we transition to normal towing. We load it onto our flatbed truck and transport it to wherever you need it to go. Throughout this entire process, we document everything for insurance purposes. We take photos of the scene, the damage, and how we performed the recovery.
